Experience Hosts

A storytelling role for natural performers.

The Ritual Co. is a premium private cocktail experience launching in the Philadelphia area. We are looking for charismatic, polished individuals to serve as experience hosts — guiding intimate groups of 6–10 guests through a story-driven journey into the history, craft, and ritual of the Old Fashioned.

This is not a bartending role. It is not a serving role. It is a guided storytelling performance — part historian, part entertainer, part host. If you are someone who naturally commands a room and makes people feel genuinely engaged, we want to hear from you.

What we are looking for

• Natural comfort and presence commanding a small, intimate room
• Warm, engaging, and professional — guests should feel genuinely hosted
• Ability to learn and deliver scripted narrative content with authenticity
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times
• Availability on evenings and weekends
• Genuine curiosity — interest in American history and bourbon culture is a plus
• Reliability — our clients are executives and corporate buyers who expect excellence

Compensation

All positions are compensated per event. Training is paid. Rates are discussed during the interview process.
